Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. For Students (Admissions)

BatchKart does not collect admission fees. All tuition fees are paid directly to the coaching institute.

Therefore, any request for a refund regarding course fees, registration fees, or study material charges must be directed to the Institute where you took admission, subject to their specific policies. BatchKart cannot process student refunds.

2. For Institutes (Listing Fees)

Institutes pay a platform fee (currently ₹19,999 per city for premium listing).

• Activation: Services are activated immediately upon verification and payment.
• Non-Refundable: Once a listing is live on BatchKart, the listing fee is non-refundable as the marketing service has commenced.
• Exceptions: In the event of a technical error where a double payment occurs, a full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

*Note: Institutes availing the "First 50 Free" offer are not charged, so no refund policy applies to the zero-cost period.
